Take a Look at Our Payment Policy

  • All the payments are due at the time of service.
  • If you have a newborn and insurance is still pending, it is important for you to request a letter from your insurance that your child will be covered under your policy, otherwise you will be considered as SELF-PAY. Payment for the visit will be collected on the day of visit.
  • We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit cards; we do not accept personal checks. 
  • If you're using our cash pay program, you must pay before seeing our providers.
  • The parent or guardian of the child will be responsible for the payment.
  • Since we do not intervene between divorced parents or in the matter of custody issues, all the reimbursements will be issued between parents or guardians.
  • If you want to cancel your appointment, it must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time to avoid a No Show Fee of $35.00.
  • Expect to receive a courtesy call or text reminder from us the day before your appointment.
  • All pending payments must be cleared before scheduling your next appointment.
  • Since the account balances that exceed 90 days are sent to an outside collection agency, you'll be responsible for all collection and legal fees that are accrued by the outside agency. This payment has to be cleared before any future appointments.

Rely on us to bill your primary and / or secondary insurance plan for you. However, you must keep your Coordination of Benefits (COB) up-to-date with your insurance providers; failure to do so may result in the lack of payment from your carriers. In order to bill your insurance company, we must have an updated insurance card. If we're unable to verify your insurance coverage, you'll be considered a cash pay patient.

We're not responsible for any non-payment from your insurance carrier due to missing COB’s, and any balances will become the subscriber's responsibility, due in full. It's your responsibility to know the details of your insurance plan, its benefits and the amount of the co-payment.
