Important Information for New Patients Visiting Our Private Pediatric Clinic
Whether you're bringing your newborn baby or your grown up child for the first time to our new office in Las Vegas, please ensure that you fill out our new patient form. You can either download these forms from the website or pick up these forms from our private clinic.

If your child is facing an urgent medical condition, such as a headache, you need not wait till your routine checkup. You can schedule an appointment immediately as any delay may put your child's health at risk.  

There is a possibility that your insurance company may not cover the diagnostics and / or treatment of the medical condition during routine medical exams. In such cases, you can check out our insurance or billing page for more information.

Important Documents Required for a Checkup

If you're scheduling an appointment with Ching's Pediatrics for the first time, it's advisable to have your child's growth chart and immunization records handy. If you're scheduling an appointment for your child's routine checkup, you may not need to bring the medical records as they'll be available in our records.

You'll be glad to hear that we offer a Prenatal consultation for anticipation of childcare.

Appointments for Chronic Issues

Require an appointment to discuss your child's chronic issue? For chronic conditions, such as asthma, ADD or ADHD, it's a good idea to fill out the records release forms and send them to us before coming in for the appointment. This helps Dr. Ching become familiar with your child's problem before you visit us.

You can also call to check if Dr. Ching has received the medical records a couple of days before your visit. Rest assured that our office will call a day in advance as a reminder for your child's appointment the next day.

In case you're unable to keep the appointment, inform us 24 hours in advance; this will enable us to schedule an appointment for a patient who may be in need of it. Failure to inform us will result in a cash charge of $35 for the missed visit. Also, barring the walk-in times and sudden health emergencies, patients are expected to come by appointment only.
